Town of Urbana Municipal Codes
These regulations are enacted pursuant to Section 10 of Article 2 of the Municipal Home Rule Law and Article 16 of the Town Law, Chapter 61 of the Consolidated Laws, "to protect and promote the public health, safety, comfort, convenience, economy, Town aesthetics and the general welfare."
