Forms and Applications

The following printable forms are available for your convenience.  To insure that your applications are dealt with in a timely manner please make sure that all applicable sections are completed and signed.  Incomplete applications must be returned.  All applications must be submitted in person or by mail, accompanied by any required fee.  Fax transmissions are not permitted.  For assistance please contact the Town Clerk's Office at (607) 569-3743.  Mailing address is:

Zoning & Building Permit Required for all construction projects, signs, electrical, structural changes, etc.
Watershed Permit To be issued by the Watershed Inspector on an "as needed" basic.
Concept/Site Plan Review To be submitted upon notification that a project is subject to Site Plan Review.
Special Use Permit To be submitted upon notification that a project requires a Special Use Permit..
Subdivision of Land Requesting Planning Board approval to divide a parcel into 2 or more parcels.
Area Variance Can be submitted upon notification that a project exceeds lot and density regs.
Use Variance Can be submitted upon notification that a project is a non-permitted use.
Dock & Mooring Permit For new construction and/or modification of existing waterside structures.
Vendor Permit Required for vending, solicitation and/or transient sales within the Town.
Camper Permit For the placement of camping vehicles on lands other owner's residence.
Park Use Application Required for use of Town Parks by organizations sponsoring an event.
SEQR Short Form Short environmental review form required by NYS for specific land uses.
SEQR Long Form Long environmental review form required by NYS for specific land uses.
Freedom of Information Form A request for the municipality to supply specific public records.
Schedule of Permit Fees Application fees as set forth by the Town Board.
Boat Launch Permit Allows boat launch access to Town residents and property owners.
