The Town of Urbana has a wealth of year
'round recreational opportunities which include three public
parks providing access to
Keuka Lake,
the
Finger Lakes Trail
system;
and 3688 acres of public
State Land.

The Parks
and Recreation Program is provided by the Parks & Recreation Committee,
in conjunction with the
Hammondsport Central School. The Summer Recreation
Program offers daily activities including arts & crafts and
games as well as special activities such as dance and field
trips. The Evening Sports Program offers instruction and
games in basketball, weights and soccer. The Swimming
Program will be held at Champlin Beach
and will offer swimming instruction for all levels of
swimmers. |

Swimming Lessons:
Levels 1 - Vll, Youth and Tiny Tots, Lessons and
supervised open swimming sessions. |

Summer Learning Program: Improve ELA and Math
skills. |
|
Summer Recreation Program:
Arts, Crafts, Games, Dance, Sign Language as well as
field trips. |

Evening Sports Program: Volleyball, Basketball and
Soccer |

Recreation Program is funded by The Town of Urbana, the
Village of Hammondsport, The Hammondsport School District,
and the Towns of Pulteney and Wayne. The program also
relies upon donations from local organizations, businesses
and individuals. If you wish to make a tax deductible
