Applications & Permits All Town Permit Applications must be submitted, with fee(s) to the Town Clerk.
Tax Collection Town and County taxes are accepted from January 2nd -March 31st of each year.
Records Access The Clerk is the Records Access Officer, maintaining and dispensing all public records.
Dog Licenses A annual fee of $7.50 for neutered dogs and 15.50 for un-neutered dogs.
Hunting & Fishing Licenses Previous License or Hunter Safety Certificate and ID required.
Landfill Tickets Tickets for the County Landfill: $10.00 or $15.00 tickets available.
Handicap Permits Handicap parking permits issued upon submission of physicians order.
Genealogy Limited genealogy research of Town records.  Fee for time and documents provided.
Marriage Licenses
Birth certificates and drivers licenses are required by NYS law for a marriage license.
Both parties must be present to sign in front of the Clerk.
Birth Certificates
A certified copy of a birth certificate may be issued only:  To a person with a NYS Court Order;  To the person named on the birth certificate, if 18 years of age or older;  To the parents of the person named on the birth certificate;  To the lawful representative of the person named or the parents of the person named on the certificate;  To a municipal, state or federal agency when needed for official purposes;  To the Commissioner of Health.
There is a $10.00 fee and can be done by mail or in person.
Death Certificates
A certified copy of a death certificate may be issued:To a person with a NYS Court Order;
 To the spouse, parent or child of the deceased;  To the lawful representative of the spouse, parent or child of the deceased; To a person requiring the record for a documented legal right or claim;  To a person requiring the record for a documented medical need; To a municipal, state or federal agency when needed for official purposes.
There is a $10.00 fee and can be done by mail or in person.
