Marvin Rethmel, the Zoning Officer is available to meet with residents and answer any questions in person or by phone. He is available on Mondays and on Fridays from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Planning Board Meetings will take place on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm and (4th Tuesday as needed).
Zoning Board Meetings will take place on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 5:30 pm if needed.

The applicant submitted a Concept Review application for a Site-Plan. Applicant is seeking approval for a Special Use Permit to allow for a Short-Term Rental at this location.
